NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (VOID IN NY AND FL) WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: Pabst Blue Ribbon® In Home Advertising Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on September 21, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PST”) and ends on September 24, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (PST) (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with, abide by, and be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of Pabst Brewing Company, LLC (the “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (Void in NY and FL) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (“Sweepstakes Entities”) and wholesalers, suppliers, distributors and retailers of alcoholic beverage licensees (collectively, “Licensees”) and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and/or individuals living in the same household as employees of Sweepstakes Entities and Licensees are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by visiting https://pbrinhomeadvertising.com and completing and submitting the information requested, including: 1) selecting one (1) advertisement from among the available options for which the entrant would most like to win; and 2) entering their name, address, e-mail address, and date of birth. You must complete and submit the entry form on the website to enter the Sweepstakes. Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required to enter. You may be charged for wireless internet access according to the terms of your plan with your cellular or wi-fi provider. No alterations or forged entries are permitted. All entrants must have Internet access in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize (as defined below) will be awarded to the name corresponding to the e-mail address provided on the entry form. Third party usage fees may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.

Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than one (1) Entry into this Sweepstakes will result in such entrant being disqualified.  Entries must be received before 12:00 a.m. PST on September 24, 2021 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you are giving Sponsor: the right to post your Entry on the Sweepstakes Website, other Sponsor owned or controlled digital and social platforms, and/or other public websites (collectively, “Sweepstakes Websites”). All Entries must meet all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.  Sweepstakes entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected by random drawing to be conducted on or about September 26, 2021 from among all eligible entries received.  The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor and all decisions of Sponsor with respect to this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  The person selected as the potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be notified approximately two (2) days after the drawing by text message and/or email and/or phone.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable efforts to do so, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, or if potential winner declines prize, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the random drawing.

PRIZES: Three Hundred Twenty Eight (328) Grand Prize(s) (each, a “Grand Prize”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.  No alcohol is given in any Grand Prize.  Grand Prize: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a Pabst Blue Ribbon advertisement and a $40 check made out to the winner (of gift card equivalent), at Sponsor’s discretion. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $70; total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $22,960.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Grand Prize (or any part thereof) for an item (including in the form of a gift card and/or cash) of equivalent or greater value if for any reason.

Gift cards are subject to the terms of use, applicable conditions, and restrictions, including any expiration dates, promulgated by issuer of card. Redemption of the gift card will be subject to the standard terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to the participating merchant and or the card issuer in effect on the day of issuance of the gift card. The Sponsor is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. If the gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.

Grand Prize shall be referred to collectively herein as a “Prize” or “Prizes”.  All taxes on a Prize, and other expenses related to accepting and/or using a Prize not listed in these Official Rules, are the responsibility of the Winners. Winners will receive a Form 1099 reflecting the actual retail value of the Prize. Any difference stated between the ARV and the actual retail value of a Prize will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution is allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (INCLUDING EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AFFILIATES) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OR REDEMPTION OF A PRIZE, AS FURTHER SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES SUSTAINED BY A FINALIST OR WINNER FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FROM ANY PART OF TRAVEL AND ANY PART OF A PRIZE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE(S). 

PUBLICITY: As a condition of Entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants to Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license and right to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, username, city, state and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity, including for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval. Entrants further agree: (1) that Sponsor may exercise any and all rights hereunder without attribution, notification or compensation to entrants; (2) that Sponsor shall have the right to freely assign his/her rights hereunder, in whole or in part, to any other person or entity, without notification or approval by Entrant; (3) that entrants may be contacted by the Sweepstakes Entities by telephone, mail, or e-mail, regarding this Sweepstakes; and (4) to sign and deliver to Sponsor such documents as Sponsor may reasonably require to effectuate the rights granted herein. 

RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes Entities’ websites, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, illegible/garbled, corrupted, irregular, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (d) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entry, or the selection or notification of winner. Further, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect Entry received prior to such action. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify the Entry of any individual if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is (a) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, including without limitation, tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website operated by the Sweepstakes Entities and/or using or attempting to use any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods; (b) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Potential Prize winner may be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release including the recording of their social security number (for tax reporting purposes – as required by law) and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within two (2) days after first notification attempt.

GENERAL: If Prize notification or Prize is returned as non-deliverable, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected provided there is sufficient time remaining to award the Prize. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of Prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other sweepstakes and/or promotion. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes Entities will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Prize-related activities. Acceptance of a Prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that the Sweepstakes Entities and Licensees may use the winner’s name, image, voice, likeness, and/or Prize information, in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without notice or further compensation without limitation, for promotional purposes (which may include advertising) without further consideration, review, approval or payment, unless prohibited by law. This provision does not apply to winners from the state of Tennessee. Winner also grants the Sweepstakes Entities and Licensees the right to use and publish winners’ names and states of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Sweepstakes

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and Licensees, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of a Prize. 

DISPUTES:  Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration.  Any and all disputes relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of TEXAS and the exclusive jurisdiction, forum and venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in TEXAS.  THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. 

USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about the winner in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that can be found on their website https://pabst.com/privacy-policy/. By accepting the Prize, the winner hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, respectively.

WINNER’S LIST: For names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by October 31, 2021 to: Pabst Blue Ribbon® In Home Advertising Sweepstakes, 110 E Houston Street 3^rd Floor, San Antonio, TX 78205. Communications with respect to this Sweepstakes, including requests to be removed from future mailings, should be directed to the foregoing address.
